Kenneth was born in Marion to the late Hobart J. and Donita (Shanks) Henry.

He had lived in Wabash for the past 39 years and formerly lived in Marion and Peru. He married Margaret Hendey on Jan. 25, 1945, and she survives. He retired from Clarks Finer Foods, Wabash and formerly worked for A&P Foods in Marion, Peru and Wabash. He was a member of First Christian Church, Marion. He was an IU basketball fan, avid Indianapolis Colts fan and enjoyed playing golf.

He is also survived by sons, Michael (Ginny) Henry, Muskegon, Mich., Jeffrey (Mindy) Henry, Indianapolis, Patrick (Melody) Henry, Wabash; grandchildren, Brett (Nancy) Henry, McKenzie Schoo, Molly Henry, all of Indianapolis, Shane (Tom) Hadley, Carmel, Blake (Traci) Henry, Auburn, Ala., Maren Henry, Wabash, Matthew (Fiancée Belinda Shock) Henry, Huntington; great-grandchildren, Brendan Henry, Huntington, Griffin Hadley, Regan Hadley, both of Carmel; sisters, Miriam Satterthwaite, Ft. Wayne, Naomi Ropp, Marion; and sister-in-law, Ina Belle Henry, Fairfield, Iowa.

He was also preceded in death by brother, Max Henry.
