Mercy Hazeltine Kimball Will

"the last will and testyment of mercy kimball of bradford of essex in the province of the mashusets bay in newingland
I mercy kimball being decaying in body but well in my under Standing and reason would indeavor to settel the outward estate that the lord hairth grateyously given to me to my best under Standing . . . for my outward estate I dispose of it as followeth as for my Sun david kimball my will is that what I have lent to him of my estate if I dow not call for it in my life time I will that my exsexetors (sic) to this my last will Shall not call for it after my desease for I freely give it to him my Sun david now as for my eldest daughter hannah alyas barker my will is I will and give to her fifteen pounds out of my movable estate to be payed to her quickly after after (sic) my deseace by my exsexetors to this my last will and testament I dow not bind them to pay it in mony but as my beloved husbands estate was prysed after his deseace onto their Sattisfaction that dow receave it for if my daughter hannah be not then lving I will that my exsexetors to this my last will dow pay the fifteen pounds to her children my grand daughters every one of them an equall share of the fifteen pounds now for the acre and half of land that I bought of my Sun in law barker that was part of my daughter hannas porcyon I will and give it to my 2 youngest Suns samuel kimball and ebenezer kimball I will that the last [blot] or the worth of it be distributed to eafh of them an equall share of Said land as for my sun Jonathan kimball I will that what mony I have lent to him when he was Setteling in the world that he pay fifty Shilling of it to my exsexetors with in one year after my decease if I have not receaved it before my death now for my 2 youngest Suns samuel kimball and ebenezer kimball becas they have not had the helps that my other children have had and to incorage them to be cheerfull to respect my fammely and to be a comfort to me in my ould aige I will and give to them samuel kimball and ebenezer kimball all my Stock neat cattell and all my sheep all my hous kind and hous furnuture (sic) all my husbandy towls carts plows youks cheans axes and all thing I have for husbandy which Stock and husbandy towls I will that they Shall be divided equally betweixt my 2 youngest Suns samuel and ebenezer kimball I will and give to my 2 Suns samuel kimball and ebenezer kimball all puter and bras and bedding or the the (sic) worth of them and my Ironware in my house but I will that they my daughter hannah if living have a bed and furnuture thereto in part or all of the above named fifteen pounds if they pay the fifteen pounds to my grand daughters hannas children then they may chous which they will ether the fifteen pounds or the bed and furnuture belonging thereto if it amount to fifteen pounds I will that if my 3 daughters hannah alyas barker and elesabeth lyas carlton and abbygall alyas day have a mind to have the ret of my houssold Stuf they Shall have it provided always that they let my 2 youngest Suns samuel and ebenezer kimball ahve the worth of said houssold Stuf out of their Shares of the thirds of land which I have my life time if when it is devided they will not the housold Stuf Shall be Samuels and ebenezers I will that my wearing cloths after my decease shall be equaly [blot] devided amonst my 3 daughter hannah and elesabeth and abbygall I will that my 2 Suns samuel and ebenezer kimball pay all my honnest debts and that they take care to defray all of my funerall chargs and charges that may arise in sickness if need be So that I will and impower then my 2 Suns samuel kimball and ebenezer kimball to be sooll exsexetors equaly alike to this my last will and testyment
