My grandmother was one of eight children born to Theodore and Addie (O'Neill) Risch. Her first husband was Frederick H. Bullman and they had three children together before they divorced. She did everything she could to support her children on her own. Her second husband was Albert Kroeger and they married after her children had left to be on their own. She was an accomplished piano and organ player and gave lessons from her home in Wheaton. Grandma was survived by her three children and several grandchildren.
Note: My grandmother always went by her middle name of Margaret, but her full name was Julia Margaret.
