Mattie Eunabe Williams, age 89, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2017.

She was a member of Webb’s Creek United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Monroe Williams, parents, James and Myrtle Ramsey, sisters Doris Schultz and Betty Jean McCarter.

She retired from the City of Gatlinburg as Assistant Finance Director. Prior to this, she was employed as bookkeeper for the late Dr. Ralph Shilling.

Ms. Williams is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Don Ray and Pamela Williams; sister Evelyn Lovingood; brother-in-law, John H. McCarter and several nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to Mary Dykes and all the Certified and Resident Nurse Assistants, Nurse Chelsea and the staff of Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice, and Eunabe’s caregivers Donna, Barbara, Lisa, Misty, Missy, Susie and Teresa.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Webb’s Creek Cemetery Fund, c/o Carolyn Whaley, 807 Hilltop Circle, Sevierville, TN 37876.

Family and friends will meet 10 AM Saturday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens for graveside service and interment with Pastor Alta Raper and Dustin Shultz officiating.
