Francis "Dixie" was the youngest child of Nannie Lee Darby Sullivan and James Berry Sullivan. Her older brother Guion "Guy" had died in 1915 of Typhoid Fever. Her father had died in 1921. Both her father and brother are buried in Mindenhall. Dixie's husband John played the organ for the silent movies. Dixie was 18 when she died from Diabetes. It is said that her husband would sometime sit outside her window and not go to work just to be close to her before she died. She is buried next to her mother.
