Donna M. Wulf, 82 years, of Arlington, NE passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont, NE.
Donna was born November 9, 1934 to Eugene and Augusta ”Gussie” (Mavis) Rosenbaum in Fremont. She lived in Fremont when she was younger and moved to Arlington, where she graduated from Arlington High School. After high school, she married Clifford “Cliff” Wulf on December 18, 1952 in Des Moines, IA. After marriage, Donna traveled with Cliff when he was stationed in the Army at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. After the service, they moved to Kennard and finally resided in Arlington to raise their children. After the children grew up, Donna worked for OPPD at the Arlington, Blair, and retired at the Valley office. Cliff died January 19, 2013.
Donna enjoyed camping with the Eagles Camping Club and traveling to Texas for the winter with Cliff.
She was a member of the Arlington Community Church in Arlington, past auxiliary member of the Arlington Fire Department and American Legion.
Survivors include: daughter, Roxanne (Gene) Witthuhn of Arlington; son, Rick (Darla) Wulf of Arlington; 2 grandchildren, Chad & wife, Jenny Witthuhn of Omaha and Eric Witthuhn of Fremont; and 2 great grandchildren, Makenna & Kalia Witthuhn.
She was preceded in death by husband, Cliff; brother, Phillip Rosenbaum; brother-in-law, Donald Wulf; and sister-in-law, Rita Wulf.
Funeral Service will be 10:30 AM, Friday, October 6, 2017 at the Arlington Community Church in Arlington, NE. The Rev. David Paul will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 PM to 8 PM with the family receiving friends from 6 PM to 8 PM at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington. Visitation continues Friday at church 1 hour prior to service. Burial will be 1:30 PM, Friday, at Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.
Memorials may be given to the Arlington Community Church and to the Arlington Volunteer Fire Department.
