Carrie May, our beautiful daughter, sister, sweetheart and friend, passed away tragically from injuries sustained in an auto accident near Leeds, Utah on March 7, 2007.

She was born December 20, 1987 in Gunnison, Utah. Her fiance, Lance A. Lewis, said that her smile lit up the room and warmed everyone around her. She was really excited about beginning her life with him at the Sweetwater Ranch near Bryce Canyon. She attended SUU, studying Hospitality Management. At the time of her death she was working as a legal secretary and preparing for her wedding in April.

She is survived by her parents, Alan L. and Julie Woodland Curtis; sisters and brother, Ruthanne, Rachel, Jason, Sarah and Bonnie Curtis; grandparents, Mary H. Curtis of Aurora; Clifford P. and Liese Woodland of Perry, Utah. Preceded in death by grandfather, Herald L. Curtis and grandmother, Carrol Johnson Woodland.

Funeral services were held on Monday, March 12, 2007 at the Richfield 11th LDS Ward Chapel in Richfield.
