The many friends in this community of Mrs. August Nelson were surprised and grieved to hear of her death, which occurred in Omaha July 17. She was for many years a resident of the Coffman-Nashville vicinity, but several years ago moved to Omaha with her children. She was a fine mother, friend and neighbor. The body was brought to the Ft. Calhoun cemetery for burial Thursday, a number of local people attending the burial rites.
