Mrs. Minnie Lorsch Rites Wednesday

Funeral services were held for Mrs. Minnie Lorsch Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Lorsch, of 1558 State Street, Blair, died at Memorial Hospital July 4th. She was 80 years old.

Wilhelmina Lorsch was born March 10, 1886 at Ft. Calhoun. She grew to womanhood in the Calhoun area and was married to Louis Lorsch. For a number of years they farmed.

She is survived by two sons, Emil and Arthur Lorsch, both of Blair, and by two daughters. They are Mrs. Gus Ohrt (Flora) of Blair and Mrs. James Larsen (Metta) of Arlington. There are six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A brother, John Rathmann, lives at Ft. Calhoun, and another brother, Henry Rathmann, lives in Omaha. A sister, Miss Lora Rathmann also lives at Ft. Calhoun.

Funeral services were Wednesday afternoon at the First Methodist Church in Blair. The Rev. Richard Atherton conducted the service. Burial, under the direction of the Bendorf Funeral Home, was made in the Ft. Calhoun cemetery.

Pallbearers were Robert Carlson, James Jensen, Alvn Ohrt, Arthur Henricksen, Arnold Burmeister and Chris Frahm.
