Benjamin F. Church
Benjamin F. Church, 69 (note-really 68 yrs), of the Washington Soldiers Home in Orting, died there Sunday following a long illness. A native of this state, he formerly lived in Walla Walla, moving to Orting seven years ago.
Mr. Church was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Surviving are two sisters (note-incorrect), Mrs. Elsa Becker (note-should be Decker) of Redmond and Mrs. Rosa Schenaker of Snohomish, two brothers George and William, both of Long Beach, and several nieces and nephews.
Services are announced Tuesday by the Orting Funeral Home.
