He was born June 27, 1931, in Louisville, the son of Robert and Ruby Pauline Headlee Krutsinger. He married Jean Elaine Gregesich on May 31, 1984. He was an oil field worker.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, John, Mike, Kelly, and Danny Krutsinger; three daughters, Sue Henke, Karla Manion, and Paula Robinson; two brothers, Jim and Ronnie Krutsinger; 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a sister, Marilyn Beck.
Funeral services were held at Neal Funeral Home with burial in Orchard Hill Cemetery in Louisville.
