Sharon was born in Blair, Nebraska to George and Louise Mencke.
She grew up in the Orum, Nebraska area, and was baptized and confirmed in the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Orum.
Sharon attended Blair High School and graduated in 1958.
On August 9, 1959, she married Dale A. Miller at First Lutheran Church in Blair. They were blessed with two children.
Sharon worked at Mutual of Omaha and then later for John O'Hanlon Law Offices in Blair.
Sadly, Sharon died June 9, 2017 at a hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.
Left with memories are her husband, Dale A. Miller of Blair; daughter Rochelle Miller of Camarillo, California; granddaughters: Alana Stapp of Camarillo and Jessica (Brian) Cosentino of Omaha; great-grandchildren: Marlee, Ty and Charley Cosentino; mother Louise Mencke of Blair; brother-in-law Daryl (Janice) Miller of Blair.
She was preceded in death by her father George Mencke, and her son Todd Miller.
The funeral was held 10:30 am Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Pastor Pam Ciulla conducted the service and offered words of comfort.
Pallbearers: Chris Miller, Mark Miller, Dave Schneider, Paul Kult, Brian Cosentino, Tim Gross.
Graveside Services were held at the Blair Cemetery.
