Josie M. Boggs, 90

Services for Josie M. Boggs, 75, of Craig who died July 24, 1994 at her home are 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 27 at Hamel-Peck-Pelan Funeral Home in Tekamah. Rev. Ken Cooper will officiate. Burial will be in the Craig, Nebraska Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 p.m.-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the service time.

Josie M. Boggs was born October 28, 1918 at St. Joe, Arkansas to Austin and Nellie Smith Bagley.

She worked as an assembly line worker at Campbell’s Soup Company in Fremont.

She married Claude A. Boggs in Harrison, Arkansas on April 7, 1936.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and infant son, Raymond and an infant granddaughter, Jennifer.

She is survived by her husband, Claude of Craig; two sons, Robert Boggs of Roseburg, Oregon and Wayne Boggs of Craig; three daughters, Peggy Jean Barlow of Rancho Cucamonga, California, Martha Wickline of Auburn, Washington, and Joyce Schroeder of Blair; three sisters, Beulah Gillespie of Meza, Arizona; Sarah Magness of North Little Rock Arkansas and Linda Kenny of Warns, North Carolina; three brothers, Robert Bagley of Sulphur Louisiana, Roy Bagley of New Barry Springs, California and Adam Bagley of Little Rock Arkansas; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Casket bearers will be Nick Schroeder, Gabe Schroeder, Matt Schroeder, Mike Hudson, Darren Lytle, and Ron Schroeder.

Joyce Schroeder, Glen Hudson and Jeanne Burmeister will be vocalists.

Memorials by go to the family.
