Thomas Ray (Tommy) Fisher 59 of Ririe, Idaho took his last boat ride on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Tambre Meadows Assisted Living in Idaho Falls surrounded by his loved ones from a long fight with Parkinson’s disease and Lewy Body Dementia.

He was born May 24, 1957, to William S. Fisher and Wanda Huff Fisher in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He attended Ririe Elementary, and Ririe High School where he graduated in 1975. He excelled on the basketball court in High School.

In 1971 in the 8th grade he started working at Gateway Service in Ririe for his brother Linzy as a Mechanic, delivering fuel, and working in the front with the cash register. He worked at Gateway until 2000; then took the manager position at Ririe Auto Parts. At these jobs his contagious smile helped him develop lifelong friendships. He loved being outdoors, and enjoyed all outdoor activities including (his favorite) fishing. He also loved playing, and watching sports. Outside of that he loved spending time with his kids, and grandkids. He lived for supporting them all in their many activities and ball games.

He is survived by his step father Bennie Fayle of Hamilton, Montana, his 5 children, son Judd (Leah) Fisher of Chino Hills, California, daughter Brittany (Cody) Bond of Rigby, Idaho, daughter Keisha Fisher (Mark) Butikofer of Idaho Falls, Idaho, daughter Sadie (Kyler) Yates of Rigby, Idaho, and son Bryon Fisher of Ririe, Idaho, one brother Linzy (Sherrie) Fisher of Ririe, Idaho, one nephew Shane Fisher (Rachel) of Swan Valley, Idaho, and 6 Grandchildren, Makiya Bond, Tyson Bond, Bailey Bond, Ridge Fisher, Roczen Butikofer, and Hayzen Bond.
