Mahlon passed away at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. He was born 85 years ago in North Easthope Township and was the son of the late Christian R. and Nancy (Bender) Yantzi. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Litwiller) Yantzi who predeceased him August 5, 2003. Mahlon was predeceased by sisters Edna and Solomon Gerber, Melinda and Milton Roth, Wilma and Lloyd Stere, Anna and Lorne Baechler, brother Christian, sisters-in-law Helen Yantzi, Pearl Litwiller and brothers-in-law Alvin Lebold, Bill Baechler, Jack Brayshaw and Oliver Litwiller. Mahlon was a member of Steinmann Mennonite Church, Baden.
