BENJAMIN M. BLYMYER died: Dec. 27, 1895, life long resident of Bedford, son of the late GEORGE W. BLYMYER, born: Jan. 10, 1845. In October 1867 was married to Miss Annie E. SHIREA who is deceased. About 14 years ago married Miss Mary E. SHIREA. Sister of first wife. Was well known as a hardware merchant. Was a veteran of the Civil War 55th Regiment of the Pennsylvania Volunteers, member of the Methodist Episcopal Church, buried in Bedford Cemetery.
He is survived by an aged mother, two sisters - Misses Mae and Annie of Bedford, two brothers J. F. of Philadelphia and J. S. of Bedford, his wife and two children by his 1st wife; Mrs. W. H. AGNEW of Tyrone (Nettie G. Blymyer Agnew) and B. Frank of Bedford.
