Memory Ann Marshall, beloved wife of Lyall Marshall of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at the age of 32 years. Memory was born on December 28, 1974 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. She graduated high school in Leduc and attended the University of Alberta obtaining a degree in Palaeontology and Geology. Memory began her employment with Husky Energy in Calgary as a Professional Geologist.

On June 26, 2004 she married Lyall Marshall and was blessed with the birth of their daughter, Diamond Ann on June 15, 2005.

Memory loved to play volleyball and excelled as a player. She volunteered for Girl Guides and served as a community leader for many other organizations. She also loved to hike and take her rottweiler Kriska and dalmatian Mica for walks. Memory was a very special person who enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.

Besides her loving husband Lyall and daughter Diamond, Memory is survived by her father, Harold and his wife Sherry Jimmy of Lloydminster, SK; her mother Martiena Jimmy of Cold Lake, AB; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Melanie and Scott Fenrich of Sherwood Park and Miranda of Edmonton; nieces, Kaitlyn and Maesie Fenrich; half-sister Teresa Giesbrecht of Saskatoon; mother and father-in-law, Neil and Linda Marshall; brother-in-law Keith and Suzie Marshall and their son Cohen; sister-in-law Sarah and John Lambe as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Saturday, January 13, 2007.
