Leota “Ruth” Gregg, age 93 of Parrottsville, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Stanley Gregg, Sr.; parents, Melvin and Mary Sane; brothers, Cecil (Hattie) Sane and J.D. (Geneva) Sane; sisters, Debbie (Dawson) Gregg, Pearl (J.B.) Gregg, Sarah (Claude) Peters, Iva Sauceman, Helen Sane, and infant sister, Mae Sane; sister-in-law, Vella Mae Sane; and granddaughter-in-law, Kathy Styles. She is survived by her son, Lloyd Stanley (Lana) Gregg, Jr.; daughters, Ann (Grady) Evans and Dean (Carl) Parton; grandchildren, Angie Evans, Tracy (Terry) Strom, Lloyd (Elaine) Styles, Gary (Tracy) Styles, Dewey (Erica) Styles, and Michael Styles; great-grandchildren, Jessica (Josh) Frazier, Megan Styles, Chasity (Dustin) Fine, Hunter Strom, Trish (Trevor) Phillips, Loghan Styles, and Callie Styles; great-grandchilren, Kole Frazier, Weston Phillips, and MacKenzie Fine; step-grandchildren, Carl Jr. (Ponda) Parton, Debra (Terry) McKinney, and Matthew (Kristie) Parton; brother, Johnny Sane; special friend, Mary Dixon; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Terry Strom, Hunter Strom, Randy Winter, Jeff Winter, Wayne LaFollette, and Jeff Grimaldi. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Salem Lutheran Church with Rev. Norman Deal officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Lutheran Cemetery.
