At the time of the 1910 US Census, the Sporics were living in a large home on Madison Street in South Omaha. I am not done taking notes on the 1910 census (there were brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, etc living there) but soon it will be on Ann Elic's memorial
Rose told the census taker that she had 4 children born, and 4 still living. Joseph and most of the men in the home were working as laborers in a packing house.

From at least 1935-1940, Ann and Robert lived at 3120 R. Street in Omaha. Her husband had completed 3rd grade (he was an immigrant, and in those days, older immigrants were started in elementary school to learn English), and Anna had completed 4 years of high school.
