Tressie Delphia Marshall, daughter of George W. and Laura Semones McMillan, died on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 5:30 p.m. in Orlando, FL at the age of 83. Tressie was born in Carroll County, VA April 28, 1918. Tressie was the wife of the late Sherman C. Marshall. They were the parents of seven children: Glen W. Marshall (deceased), Joseph W. Marshall (deceased, Larry F. Marshall of Kissimmee, Florida, Teddy W. Marshall of Seattle, Washington, Phoebe Marshall Matos of Orlando, Florida, Brenda Marshall Inman of Kissimmee, Florida and Katherine Marshall Bowman of Mount Airy, NC. Also surviving are13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Nov. 3 at 2 p.m. at the Gladesboro Evangelical Lutheran Church with Reverend Duane Steele and Reverend Clarence Marshall officiating.
