DONALD E "DON" COFFMAN, 84, of Fort Wayne died Wednesday April 5, 2006 at Canterbury Nursing & Rehabilitation.

Born Dec 28, 1921 in Domestic IN he was a veteran of World War II.

He retired from North American Van Lines after 34 years of service. He was a current member of Anthony Wayne Lions Club and past president of Central Lions Club. He received the Melvin Jones Award and was active for more than 55 years. He was a founding member of North Christian Church.

Survivors include wife, Millie of Fort Wayne; daughter of Fort Wayne; 2 sons; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his four brothers.

Service is 10:30 am Saturday at North Christian Church 5201 S Camden Drive with calling one hour prior. The Rev Peggy Edge officiating. Calling also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm Friday at DO McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home 1320 E Dupont Road with Anthony Wayne Lions Club Tribute Service at 8 pm. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery.
