Employed as a Metallurgist for US Steel, he was the Captain of Security for Burns International Security at Kennecott. A U. S. Navy Korean War veteran, his passion included golfing, fishing, bowling and hunting.
His wife, Sharon, of 38 years and 9 months; children, Rick (Natalie) Street, Kaylin (Donna) Street; grandchildren, Michael, Andrea, Eric, AshLea, and Tyler Street; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Norma Galetka, Janet (Cliff) Heaps, Mary (Doug) Erickson, and Martha Keetch survive him. His parents and his brother, Grant Street, predeceased David.
