My godfather; Willie was born in San Geronimo, San Miguel County, New Mexico on October 16, 1919 to Juan and Castelita Apodaca.
He served with honor in the U.S. Army during WWII as TEC 5. We was married to Eliza Dominguez , their children are: Castelita, Gloria, Benjamin (Benji), Yolanda and Patricia Apodaca. Willie retired as a Supervisor for the New Mexico Department of Transportation.
He passed away in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the age of 85 years and 7 months.
