Susan was born June 8, 1953, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Allen Cleverley and Lavina Harris Cleverley.
In 1955, the family moved to Dillon, Montana, where they lived until her father passed away. Susan and her mother moved back to Idaho Falls, where she resided until her death. Susan worked at several hair salons after receiving her cosmetologist license. She retired in 2011 due to health problems.
Susan loved her adopted grandchildren, Aidan and Isaac. She loved to spend time with them and spoiled them as much as possible.
Susan is survived by her
brother, Gerry (Genevieve) Cleverley of Idaho Falls;
brother, Max (Susan) Cleverley of Shelby, MT;
sister-in-law, Marsha Cleverley of Dillon, MT;
sister-in-law, Janice Cleverley of Ennis, MT;
and 12 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Bob Cleverley.
As per her request, there will be no formal service. A memorial service will be held at the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery in the spring. Her ashes will be buried by her parent’s graves.
The family would like to express their thanks to the numerous doctors and caregivers that helped Susan during her illness.
