She had worked for many area businesses, including Vermont Plastics in Montpelier, Chouinard's and Davidson's Store, both in Northfield, and was a child care provider in the Northfield area.
She enjoyed shopping and cooking.
Survivors include her children, Lindsay Vilbrin of Williamstown and Matthew Vilbrin of Northfield Falls; her mother, Elaine Vilbrin of Northfield; seven siblings, Richard Vilbrin of Northfield, Michael Vilbrin of Berlin, Daniel Vilbrin of Northfield Falls, Carol Messier of Montpelier, Linda Miller of Northfield, Julie Vilbrin of Northfield and Mary Champany of Northfield; many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her father, Richard Vilbrin.
In keeping with her wishes, there are no calling hours. A memorial service will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m., Jan. 29, at the Kingston Funeral Home on 35 Slate Ave. in Northfield, with a gathering at the American Legion in Northfield, following the service. Burial will take place this spring in the Calvary Cemetery in Northfield.
