Richard Louis Kennedy, age 51, of Riverdale, veteran of World War I, died Wednesday night in a St. Augustine hospital after a brief illness.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon in the Craig Chapel, St. Augustine, with Rev. J.P. Gaines, of the Hastings Methodist Church, officiating.
Burial was in the National Cemetery at St. Augustine.
The deceased is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gladys Kennedy, and seven children, all of Riverdale and two brothers, Clarence Kennedy, of Jacksonville, and A.H. Kennedy of St. Augustine.
