Jack P. Edwards, Jr.
Gordon - Jack P. Edwards Jr., 55, of Route 1 died Wednesday at his residence. He was a retired Georgia Kraft Corp. employee.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. today in Williams Memorial Chapel in Gordon. Burial will be in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Jones County. The Rev. Maxie Threatt will officiate.
A Twiggs County native, Mr. Edwards lived in Wilkinson County most of his adult life. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and a Korean War Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Annette Baker Edwards of Gordon; and a sister, Mrs. Howard Morris of Vidalia.
