Mrs. Evelyn "Tootsie" Harrod, 93, of Henderson, passed away October 11, 2016 at Autumn Leaves in Henderson.
She was born May 22, 1923 to John Denny and Verna L. (Ramsey) Cochran in the Pine Hill community, and lived all her life in Rusk County. She was retired from Dickies Work Clothes Rental Services, where she worked as a shipper.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John S. Harrod; brothers, James David Cochran, J.D. Cochran, and John D. Cochran III; and sisters, Monnie Faye Davis, Aline Cochran, and Mildred "Mimmie" Gunnels; and sons-in-law, Billy McDaniel and Gary Norris.
