Lanny was born to Louis Stephen and Beth Luila Oliver Spraycar. He married Carol A. Shomaker on 22 Feb 1963 in the Manti LDS Temple. Lanny graduated from Weber High School in 1961. He worked 40 years at Hill Air Force Base as an Electronic Mechanic. He received many work related awards including one that saved the Air Force $212,794.00. He won a 1st place ribbon at the Utah State Fair for Wood Carving.
He is survived by his wife and sweetheart Carol Ann; and children, Steven (Joy) Spratcar, LoriAnn (Craig) Ashby, Stephanie (Nick) Walter, Jeremy (Krista) Spraycar, Jason (Tami) Spraycar, Angie (Brent) Bradley, Joshua (Heather) Spraycar, Alyson (Dustin) Waote, Amber (Adam) Keele, Mike Bertoch, Connie (Pat) Kendrick; and his tiny four legged children, Rosie, Tequilla and Sysco; 32 grandchildren (plus three in production); and 2 great grandchildren; three sisters, Kathy (Tom) Rose, Jill (Brent) Jorgenson, and Gloria (John) Redhair; good friend John Sorenson; cousins, Tommy, Byod; uncle Robert and many other relatives and firends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Kevin Bertoch.
