Larry met Patsey Hawkins in 1974 and they were married in 1982.
He attended Palmdale and Percy L. Julian Elementary Schools and South Mountain High School in Phoenix, Arizona. He continued his education when he received his real estate license. He was employed with Shea Homes. He was also a musician, playing several instruments, including drums, guitar, piano and organ.
In addition to his parents, his brother Garry Hodge also preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy and his sons, Darvis Antwan and Jarvis Antone, his sisters Kathy Strong, Marie Hodge, Patricia Sueing and Linda Russell, his brother Carl Ray Hodge of Paris, Texas and a host of other relatives and friends.
