Lexington, SC - Betty Ellen Mabry-Harrison, 81, of Lexington passed away September 22, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 24, 1935 in Big Ridge, Virginia to the late Wesley Haze and Della May Hylton Mabry. In addition to her parents, Betty is predeceased by her late husband of 55 years, George Harrison, Jr., 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
Betty is survived by her sons and daughters: Raymond Hubbard (Renee) of Hinesville, GA, Larry Harrison (Geri) of Lexington, Roger Harrison (Laura) of Wade, NC, Regina Harrison-Barton (Bobby) of Lexington, Laura Harrison-Faile (Robert) of Gaston and June Cin (Dean) of South Glundon, MN; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
The family will receive friends at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 1 until 1:45 PM. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM at Southland Memorial Gardens on Saturday, September 24, 2016 following the visitation. www.thompsonsfuneral.com
