Richard R. Doty, 93, was a son of William and Sarah Wade Doty. He married Esther J. Smalley in 1936. He later married Frances Avaneal Mosley on August 29, 1957, in Denver, Colorad. She preceded him in death.
His parents, one son, one brother, two sisters, three half-brothers and two half-sisters also preceded him in death.
He is survived by Esther Crook, with whom he made his home, two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Richard was a self-employed carpenter and retired from the International Brotherhood of Carpenters Local 183. He was of the Baptist faith.
