My great grand parents. Our first Adwell Texans. John and Sara came by wagon train from the Barrens of Kentucky to the hill country of Hill County, Texas in the early 1900s. They brought their seven children and their families with them. Some of Johns brothers came too but didn't stay. John is a great grandson of John C Adwell.
