Age 20, Burial in Clarinda Cemetery, Clarinda, Iowa. Badly Gassed at Chateau Thierry, France on 07-26-1918, never fully recovered, Tuberculosis set in. Had he lived he would have had a brilliant future as a cartoonist, many of his clever works have been printed in local papers. Arrived home 02-12-1919. He arrived in Washington 11-15-1918. He was also wounded in the hand by an Explosion. Father - William Yaryan, Mother - Delia Yaryan.
