| Birth: | Jan. 28, 1953 | | Death: | Nov. 10, 2006 | Actress. Real name Anicee Shahmanesh. Born in Boulogne-sur-Seine, France, to an Iranian father and French mother, she appeared mainly in international films during the 1970s. She is best known for her co-starring roles in the 1971 movie "Friends" and its sequel "Paul and Michelle" (1974). Alvina's uninhibited nude scenes in these and other films gave her brief notoriety as a screen sex symbol, but damaged her subsequent career as a serious actress. Her other credits include "Une Femme Fatale" (1975), "Anima Persa" (1976), "Un Second Souffle" (1978) and "122 rue de Provence" (1978). (bio by: C.S.)
