"Robert Rumford Dies".
Robert Lee Rumford, 12-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Rumford, Route 4, died at 11 o'clock Thursday [17 Nov] morning at his home as the result of a hemorrhage. He had been sick a day and a half. Robert Rumford was born May 22, 1920, at Hamilton. He was a member of the Boston Juvenile Grange. He is survived by his parents and three sisters, Marie, Charlotte and Betty Rumford, all of the home. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Otis L. Bussard, Elmdale, at 2:30 o'clock Sunday [20 Nov] afternoon in the Roberts-Blue chapel. Burial will be in the Grandview cemetery.
