She graduated from Bent County High School in Las Animas, Colorado. She married Keith Elwood Christeson in 1946.
Beverly is survived by her children: Kay Ann Caruso, Kathy Jo Tucker, Jon Alan Christeson and Kurt Elwood Christeson; her sister, Patricia R.Rathmann; and brother, Robert J. Backman; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother, Helen; her father, George; her husband, Keith; and her brother, George E. Backman.
