He died in NJ, & was sent by train to Milton, Pa. for burial in Watsontown Cemetery. He is buried with his 2 daughters, Cora Isabelle, & Katheryn Marie. His DC stated he was divorced.

George B. Auten Die in New Jersey
George B. Auten, A former resident of Watsontown for many years, later living with a relative on R.D. Milton, died late yesterday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Charles Oliver, Port Morris, N.J. He had been in ill health for some time. He was in his late 70's.
Mr. Auten was a retired employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad Co.
Surviving five children by his first marriage, Gomer & Ray, living in Bloomsburg, Maynard, Baltimore, Mrs. Detweiler, Kenton, OH., Mrs. Oliver, whose home he died & five children by a second marriage. Harvey G. Watsontown, R.D., Grover, Waterloo, N.Y., Sterling, Winfield, John, Sparrow Point, Md. & Leona Auten, W. Maple Ave. Milton. Funeral arrangements will be announced tomorrow. Burial will be in the family plot in Watsontown Cemetery.

Funeral services for George B. Auten, a former Watsontown resident, who died in New Jersey, will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from The Dale E. Ranck Funeral Home. Burial will be made in the Watsontown Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral parlor tomorrow night between 7 and 9 o'clock.
