• Lucille E. Willey, 82, of Rock Falls, died Aug. 24, 1979, at Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital, Dixon. She was born July 23, 1897, in Chicago, the daughter of Swan and Hulda (Blom) Johnson.

• She was married to Floyd W. Willey Nov. 29, 1922, at Princeton. The couple farmed in Ohio, Ill., from 1922 to 1972.

• She was in the foster grandparent program at the Dixon Developmental Center for the past six years. She was a member of the AARP, the Order of Eastern Star of Ohio and a past worthy matron of that chapter.

• She is survived by two sons, Roger of DeKalb and David of Sterlin; one sister, Mrs. N. E. (Lillian) Winchester, Milwaukee, Wis.; seven grandchildren; one niece and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, one sister, and one grandson.

• Burial was at Oakland Cemetery in Princeton.
