Died - 31st. Jul 1846, congestion of the brain, in this county, Mrs. Elizabeth McLain, aged about 70 years. Mrs. McLain was universally beloved, was a good neighbor and kind friend. She lived and died a Christian, and leaves a numerous family, an aged husband, and a large circle of friends to lament her death.
It is sweet to think if friends we love are lost on earth, we shall meet them above.
