Christine Dane Sims was born Friday, March 23, 1917, at 7:00 p.m., the Daughter of Henry and Beulah (Weatherly) Sims and graduated from Guy-Perkins High School.

She married Dennis Carl Garrison on Sunday, August 31, 1947, and moved to Greenbrier where they built their home and she would live in for the rest of her life. She worked on the farm and was a homemaker.

She enjoyed sewing, growing African violets, quilting, reading, and making homemade cakes and pies. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Greenbrier.

She passed away on Friday, November 10, 2006.

Her parents, husband, and a baby brother preceded her in death.

She is survived by a daughter, Leatha Gale Garrison of Greenbrier; and a son, Carl Sims Garrison and his wife, Karen, of Greenbrier. She was "Ma" to her only grandchild, Whitney Garrison of Maumelle. Other survivors include her sister, Treva Henry of Conway; nieces, Anna Ruth Kennedy of Conway, and Joyce Talley of Vilonia; and other nieces, nephews, friends, and the extended Victory family.
