Mr. Kimsey was born in Ducktown, Tenn., on May 26, 1923. He married Wanda Jean Jordan, 1945. He was in the Army and served in World War II. He was a retired regional planning officer with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He was a reporter for the Rocky Mountain News and editor of the University Park News. Survivors include his wife; daughters Jeri Main, Robin, both of Aurora, Nancy Stengle of Texas; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
