Bill was a retired Washington, DC policeman. He was a member of East Gate Masonic Lodge # 34 F&AM and a 32nd degree Mason. After his retirement he owned several businesses along side his wife but his real enjoyment was his love for horses and attending local horse shows. He was a man of faith who earned his eternal wings. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Lenoir City.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel. Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 15th in the Highland Memorial Cemetery in Knoxville for graveside services and interment. Rev. Mahan Archer will officiate
