Mrs. Julie Ann Robertson Cashour, 36, of 2504 Old Coach Court, Frederick, died on Tuesday, May 16, 2000 at her residence following a lengthy illness.

She was the wife of Mr. Charles Thomas "Tom" Cashour, who was her husband for over 13 years.

Born on Oct. 2, 1963, in Frederick, she was the daughter of Allen Thomas and Mary Lou Eisentrout Robertson, both of Frederick.

Mrs. Cashour was a member of the Frederick Church of the Brethren.

She graduated from Gov. Thomas Johnson High School in Frederick, in the class of 1981, and from the Executive Secretarial Program at Frederick Community College. She was employed from 1985 to 1988 at NIST for the Center of Radiation. She was employed from 1988 to 2000 at the National Cancer Institute in Frederick.

Mrs. Cashour was an avid collector and craftsperson. She enjoyed needlework and counted cross-stitch and collecting Longaberger Baskets and teddy bears.

Julie greatly enjoyed music and getting away at the beach, specifically Ocean City, MD.

Besides her husband and parents, Mrs. Cashour is survived by her brother, Jeffrey Allen Robertson and wife Theresa of Frederick; her niece, Rachael Elizabeth Robertson of Frederick; her mother-in-law, Tamara Sue Cashour and husband Amir Kahn of New York City, N.Y.; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Julie will also be remembered by a special friend, Edward Fesser of Frederick.

Arrangements were handled by the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. The funeral service was held at the Frederick Church of the Brethren on Saturday, May 20, 2000. Associate Pastor the Rev. Larry Fogle, assisted by the Rev. Dr. Thomas Conner, clergyman in the Methodist Church, officiated.

Interment was in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
