Charles D. Webb, age 87, of South Knoxville, born August 24, 1928, went to be with his Savior on June 2, 2016 at Island Home Park. He was a member of South Knoxville Worship Center Assembly of God and a past member of Island Home Assembly of God. Charles enjoyed listening to gospel music, fishing, and playing with his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Faye Webb; sons, Charles Michael Webb and Steve A. Webb; and sister, Willie Mae Spence. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Steve Dyer; five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; special friend, David Rhodes; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Berry Funeral Home (3704 Chapman Hwy. Knoxville, TN 37920), with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 pm, officiated by Rev. Stan Kaisor. There will be a graveside service on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 11:00 am at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Alzheimer's Tennessee (5801 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919) or South Knoxville Worship Center Assembly of God (3910 Woodlawn Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920).
