DENVER W. BAKER, 82, passed away on September 29, 2005. Denver was born in West Jefferson, N.C. He lived in Orlando for 56 years. He was in the automobile business with Orlando Auto Auction and then owned and operated Baker Motors on Orange Avenue for many years. After retiring, he worked part-time for First Union Bank and retired again. He was a 52 year member of Delaney Street Baptist Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Myrtle. Daughter and son-in-law Jane and Terry Chancey, Sr., Gotha, FL., and daughter Renee Baker, Orlando. Two grandchildren, Tiffany Chancey Taylor, Gotha, FL and Terry Wayne Chancey, Jr., Clermont, FL. Sisters, Wilma Baker Miller, Orlando; Emma Jean Bracewell, Orlando. Brothers, Theodore Baker, Raleigh, NC; Sammie Baker, Orlando and Jimmy Lee Baker, Titusville, FL.
