Beulah "Boots" Scroggins, 79, of Williamstown, died Thursday at Harborside Health Care Facility, Owenton. She was a homemaker and a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church, Pendleton County. Her husband, Edgar Lee "Eddie" Scroggins; and a son, Gary Wayne Dungan, preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son, Mike Scroggins of Williamstown; daughters, Debbie Maddox of Owenton and Linda Fieger of Villa Hills; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Mount Carmel Baptist Church, Williamstown. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, and beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday at the church. Burial will be in Williamstown Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Harborside of Owenton Resident Council Activity Fund, 7300 Woodspoint Drive, Florence, Ky. 41042; or Mount Carmel Baptist Church Building Fund, 389 Mount Carmel Road, Williamstown, Ky. 41097.
