ENSWORTH—In this city, Oct. 16, 1939. Ellen Medora Ensworth, in her 83rd year.

Friends are incited to attend the funeral services Thursday, Oct. 19, at the Munroe funeral home, 154 East Fourth street, at 1 p.m. Interment at Orwell, N.Y.

Mrs. Horace B. Ensworth

Mrs. Medora Ensworth, 82, died at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Baker convalescent home, after a lingering illness with advanced years as a contributory cause of death. She had been removed to the Baker home from the family residence, 57 East Sixth street. Her husband was one of the best known Civil War veterans in Oswego until his death, and Mrs. Ensworth had been active in the Elmira Spencer Tent, Daughters of Union Veterans. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Episcopal church.

She is survived by two nephews, Benjamin Davis and Perl Davis of Camden N.Y.

The body was removed to Monroe funeral home, and arrangements for funeral service will be made later.
