He was born on Sunday, 26 March 1922 in San Miguel, California and was the son of William Malcolm Sinclair and Luella May (Von Dollen) Sinclair.
Clarence served in the United States Army from 1943 to 1952 and is a veteran of World War II, during this time he served in Japan, the South Pacific and the Philippine Islands and was discharged in 1952 after being diagnosed with MS.
He married Freda Elizabeth (Ackley) Sanner in 1978.
Mr. Sinclair survived by his sister, Gladys (Sinclair) Bartels, step-sons, Bob Sanner and Charlie Sanner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Malcolm Sinclair and Luella May (Von Dollen) Sinclair, his first wife, Violet Marion (Manthey) Sinclair, his second wife of 38 years of marriage, Freda Elizabeth (Ackley) Sinclair, his children, Raymond Edward Sinclair and Norma Jean (Sinclair) Walters.
