MRS. E. HOWARD BURIED IN MINN. DECEMBER 19TH
Mrs. Emery Howard passed away at Elk River, Minnesota, December 16th. She was a sister of Mrs. E. S. Tripp of Blair, and brother of E. H. Kirby of Nickerson. Until this summer she lived with her sister, Mrs. Tripp in Blair, but moved to Elk River, Minnesota in July.

While making Blair her home for 15 years, Mrs. Howard was an active member of the First United Methodist Church, Hospital Auxiliary, Federated Woman’s Club, and the American War Mothers.

She is survived by two sons, R. L. Howard of Elk River and O. James of Edina, Minnesota; also four grandchildren; one brother and sister and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be in Elk River Minnesota, Thursday, December 19 at 1:30 o’clock p.m.

William K. Tripp flew to Minnesota for the services for his aunt.
